Currently, BOXING CLUB's personal training is available at the Akasaka location in the Kanto region and the Umeda location in the Kansai region,with plans to expand to other locations soon. Warm-Up
Start with dynamic stretching to warm up your body and prevent injuries. Rope jumping is also an excellent boxing warm-up, enhancing footwork and rhythm.training01
Practice of Basic Techniques
Practice basic punches (jab, straight, hook, uppercut) and defense techniques (blocking, slipping, ducking, weaving, footwork) with the trainer's guidance and repetition.training02
Practice distance control.
Distance control is fundamental in boxing, and footwork is key. You will practice stance, step timing, and positioning to apply these skills in sparring and real match scenarios. training03
Improving endurance
