Warm-Up
Start with dynamic stretching to warm up your body and prevent injuries. Rope jumping is also an excellent boxing warm-up, enhancing footwork and rhythm.training01
Practice of Basic Techniques
Practice basic punches (jab, straight, hook, uppercut) and defense techniques (blocking, slipping, ducking, weaving, footwork) with the trainer's guidance and repetition.training02
Practice distance control.
Distance control is fundamental in boxing, and footwork is key. You will practice stance, step timing, and positioning to apply these skills in sparring and real match scenarios. training03
Improving endurance
Combine bag work, mitt drills, shadow boxing, and circuit training to improve cardiovascular fitness. These exercises enhance endurance and strength. training04
Mitt work
The trainer holds the mitts for striking drills, improving power, accuracy, timing, and distance control. Perfect for real combat practice. training05
Mass boxing

Cool Down

統括マネージャー石本 康隆Ishimoto yasutaka
At the age of 20, he moved to Tokyo to pursue his dream of becoming a professional boxer and joined the Teiken Gym.

In 2013, he defeated former WBO World Super Bantamweight Champion and WBO World Super Bantamweight No.1 ranked boxer Wilfredo Vázquez Jr. in Macau, ranking 4th in the world and winning the WBO International Super Bantamweight title.
In 2015, he went on to win the Japanese Super Bantamweight Championship. After retiring, he joined the boxing club and became the General Manager.
